Global Transitions Foundation utilises an active management model to assess the needs of underprivileged, abandoned, abused and/or homeless children in Australia and developing countries. This is done in consultation with local communities, educators and service providers.
Over the years, we have helped countless individuals and families overcome financial, medical, and social challenges. Our success stories are a testament to the impact of our programmes and the dedication of our team and supporters.

Founder of the organisation, Valentine brings a wealth of diverse experience to the board. His career to date has been full of challenging assignments. His extensive career in the community sector includes working with people with disabilities, juvenile justice, child protection and specalised forensic disability.

In 2023, Adam and his wife, Marianne, participated in the foundation's volunteer house build project in Cambodia. He was so humbled and moved by the experience that he joined the board to ensure that he can influence the growth of these projects to impact more lives. Additionally, Adam looks forward to personally leading volunteer groups and workshops.

He enjoys the outdoors and what the outdoors has to offer such as camping, fishing and riding motorcycles.
Luke is a support worker for Phoenix Specialised Youth And Disability Services. He specialises in supporting people with disabilities who are involved in the criminal justice system. He supports these people in prison, mental heath hospital, forensic mental healthcare, supported residential services, as well as one-on-one in the communit

He has devoted his professional life to helping others and has had great success in assisting many people in making some extraordinary adjustments in their lives. He wishes to carry on his work and contribute to improving the lives of the foundation's supported children. He loves to travel, experience various cultures firsthand, and isn't afraid of trying new foods. Anil was introduced to Valentine Gonsalves and GTF through mutual friends in 2017 and has been inspired by the positive impact of community projects in developing nations such as Cambodia and India. Since 2018, Anil has been a contributor to four GTF projects and will be there for many more to come.
Knowing the legacy and impact of community projects, Anil has committed to making a difference in the world. His professional and personal commitments align with the vision and values of Global Transitions Foundation.
