About Us

An accomplished executive with a broad range of industry experience at all levels, including corporate manufacturing, property, finance, healthcare, and community services. In 2023, Adam and his wife, Marianne, participated in the foundation's volunteer house build project in Cambodia. He was so humbled and moved by the experience that he joined the board to ensure that he can influence the growth of these projects to impact more lives. Additionally, Adam looks forward to personally leading volunteer groups and workshops. 

Robert is currently working in the environmental cleaning industry. He is a qualified Real-estate agents representative and has worked within the automotive industry for in excess of 10 years.

 Robert was introduced to the foundation by a mutual friend of Valentine and immediately knew he would be able to contribute his time and help to make a difference to the lives of the children the foundation supports. He enjoys the outdoors and what the outdoors has to offer such as camping, fishing and riding motorcycles.

Luke is a support worker for Phoenix Specialised Youth And Disability Services. He specialises in supporting people with disabilities who are involved in the criminal justice system. He supports these people in prison,  mental heath hospital, forensic mental healthcare, supported residential services, as well as one-on-one in the community. He has devoted his professional life to helping others and has had great success in assisting many people in making some extraordinary adjustments in their lives. He wishes to carry on his work and contribute to improving the lives of the foundation's supported children. He loves to travel, experience various cultures firsthand, and isn't afraid of trying new foods. Additionally, he appreciates the outdoors and everything that it has to offer, such as camping, fishing  and four-wheel driving.

Brad joined the Board as Treasurer in January 2016 shortly after accompanying Valentine Gonsalves, and providing much support on a mission trip to Delhi, India. Brad is a restaurateur, and brings exceptional business skills as well as having first-hand knowledge of working with children in care. He seeks to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children, and has the drive and passion to do so. Brad is abundantly blessed with the love of his wife and three children, as well as his friends and this is the testament to his character.

Anil is an experienced sales and business development professional working with architects, designers and builders across Australia.

Originally starting in the health and medical field, Anil was drawn to the building and construction industry throughout his professional career, and additionally has a keen interest in holistic personal and psychological education.

Anil was introduced to Valentine Gonsalves and GTF through mutual friends in 2017 and has been inspired by the positive impact of community projects in developing nations such as Cambodia and India. Since 2018, Anil has been a contributor to four GTF projects and will be there for many more to come.

Knowing the legacy and impact of community projects, Anil has committed to making a difference in the world. His professional and personal commitments align with the vision and values of Global Transitions Foundation.

With a passion for social development and sustainability, and a background in marketing, global distribution plus civil and mechanical engineering, Kieran is honoured to play a part in Global Transitions Foundation (GTF).

In 2024 Kieran and his wife volunteered on a GTF project where they thoroughly enjoyed the house build and the exposure to Cambodian culture and village life. 

They were inspired by how quickly a small team, with a shared purpose, could make a huge change to a family’s life. This experience had a profound impact and gave a stark reminder of how fortunate we all are.

Jason is a dedicated filmmaker driven by his love for storytelling and capturing narratives worldwide. Recently, he has discovered a profound sense of purpose in humanitarian work, striving to contribute to making the world a better place.
