Global Transitions Foundation is proudly partnered with Phoenix Specialised Youth & Disability Services in Victoria Australia, a provider of the highest quality of supports to vulnerable young people and people with disabilities.

Provide funded recreational programs engaging children residing in out-of-home care and those as risk of harm through abuse, abandonment or homelessness. Delivered by Phoenix's qualified youth and disability workers.

These are individually tailored and approved programs based on the needs and preferences of the young person/s. Activities such as fishing, climbing, bowling, movies, festivals, build-a-bear, etc.
